Resident of the Elektrostal town. In February 2024, he left an inscription on a bus stop about the losses of Russian troops in the war. He was taken into custody on charges of vandalism, spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces and participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. On 15 May 2025, Veselov was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime colony.
