According to the investigation, "on 16.05.2023 at 21:54 in the Internet, namely in the messenger Telegram under the user name "@para_bellum" (ID 5139591204, nickname "Anatolii"), in the Telegram channel "White Powder" posted a publication in text form (comment) of the following content: "We are waiting for you in Irkutsk" (response to the text publication: "What region of the Russian Federation should the Russian Volunteer Corps fighters enter first?")". In addition, "on 23.05.2023 at 00:08 in the Internet, namely in Telegram under the user name "@para_bellum" (ID 5139591204, nickname "Anatolii"), in the Telegram channel "White Powder" posted a publication in text form (comment) of the following content: "We pray for you! Russia will be free! Siberia is waiting for liberators!" (in the context of discussing textual publications "Good luck to you Russians! Glory to the Russian Volunteer Corps", etc.)". Full summary
Resident of Tulun (Irkutsk region). On 8 October 2024, he was detained in a case of public justification of terrorism because of comments on social networks where he endorsed the activities of the Russian Volunteer Corps and the possible seizure of Russian territory by this group to overthrow the Russian government. Alekseenko was placed in custody. On 29 November he was changed the measure of restraint to a ban on certain actions. In addition, a protocol was drawn up on him under the administrative article on calls to violate the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation (article 20.3.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences). On 5 March 2025 Alekseenko was sentenced to a fine of 350 thousand rubles (≈$3910 as of 05.03.2025).
