Case summary

A conscript who served in the Pacific Fleet. He was accused of setting fire to a military recruitment centre, which was classified as a terrorist act. In July, the Amur Mash Telegram channel published]() a video with his apologies and screenshots of his alleged correspondence with the "customer" (the sum of 120 thousand was mentioned there). Alekseev pleaded guilty. The press service of the Khabarovsk Krai courts (the 1st Eastern District Military Court, which passed the sentence, is located there) claims that Alekseev "opposed the special military operation and prevented partial mobilisation". He was sentenced to seven years in a strict regime colony.
