A resident of Vladikavkaz. In September 2023, he was fined 30,000 roubles (US$ 375) under an administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces. Later it became known that a criminal case was opened against him for "fakes" about the Armed Forces. On 22 January 2024, Alikov was sentenced to a year of suspended sentence.
