Resident of the Tidib village (Dagestan). A criminal case was initiated against him for public dissemination of deliberately false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. At the time of the initiation of the case, he was in the Republican Psychoneurological Dispensary, where he was sent for compulsory treatment as part of a criminal case on the illegal acquisition and possession of ammunition (Article 222 of the Criminal Code).
