Против него возбудили дело о призывах к экстремизму и терроризму из-за того, что он, по версии следствия, предлагал убивать полицейских, росгвардейцев и российских военнослужащих, принимающих участие в боевых действиях в Украине, и призывал к государственному перевороту. 24 мая 2023 года его приговорили к двум годам колонии общего режима.
