Case summary
Resident of the Moscow region, owner of an advertising agency. In his own words, he was engaged in sports development, arranged competitions and led training sessions with children. On 13 August 2024, he was taken into custody in a case of public justification of terrorism because of a repost of the appeal to Russians by the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK).
On 3 September 2025, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office, agreeing with the defence's arguments that the linguistic expertise on which the case was based had been carried out in an institution which, at the time of its preparation, was not entitled to prepare both the expertise itself and expert report.
