Case summary

Arestovich, a former advisor for strategic communication in the sphere of national security and defense of the Office of the President of Ukraine, was charged with public justification of terrorism no later than May 2023. In February 2024, he was placed on a wanted list and arrested in absentia. He was also accused of knowingly spreading false information about the Russian Armed Forces.
