Case summary
Resident of Anzhero-Sudzhensk (Kemerovo region). It is alleged that he has been repeatedly tried on charges of theft and robbery. A case was brought against him on calls to terrorism. According to the investigators' version, Arslanov "felt hatred towards servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in connection with the conduct of the special military operation, towards the current President and Government of the Russian Federation, as well as their policies". In March 2023, he was sentenced to a fine of 360,000 roubles.
