Case summary
A resident of Yekaterinburg. He was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism because of a post published on 8 October 2022, the day of the explosion on the Crimean Bridge. The IC reported that on that day Artanov from his page in the social network left a comment under the news about the terrorist attack. On 23 June 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 550,000 rubles.
