Case summary

On 2 December 2019, Bachurin was detained in the house of an acquaintance: a group of FSB officers stormed into the flat and knocked down the landlady of the house, an ambulance was called for her, and all the men were handcuffed and forced to lie on the floor. On 4 December, the court ordered Bachurin to be taken into custody on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organization. On 29 October 2020, he was released on his recognizance not to leave.

On 25 November 2021, he was sentenced to a fine of 500 thousand rubles, taking into account the time served, the amount was reduced to 300 thousand.
