Case summary
On 2 December 2019, he was detained at the house of an acquaintance: a group of FSB officers stormed into the flat, knocked down the landlady of the house, an ambulance was called to her, all the men were handcuffed and forced to lie on the floor. On 4 December, the court ordered to take Netreba into custody on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 29 October 2020, he was released on his personal recognisance not to leave.
On 25 November 2021, he was ordered to pay a fine of 500 thousand rubles, taking into account the time served, the amount was reduced to 300 thousand.
