Case summary
Former journalist, participant in campaigns in support of Russian nationalists. Member of the Free Russia Forum, associate of politician Ilya Ponomarev. Supposedly associated with the Freedom of Russia Legion. On June 19, 2024, he was included in the Rosfinmonitoring terrorist list. Later it became known that he was charged with public justification of terrorism, presumably because of an interview he gave to Farida Kurbangaleeva. On July 18, 2025, a court sentenced him in absentia to six years in prison.
