The investigation believes that from 01.12.2023 to 30.04.2025, Belkevich, including at his place of residence in St. Petersburg on Grazhdansky Ave, in public communities of the messenger Telegram, in particular in chat rooms of Telegram channels administered by members of the terrorist organisation Russian Volunteer Corps, which are generally accessible to an indeterminate number of persons, posted materials and comments containing public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism and its propaganda, public calls for extremist activity, calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, and calls for the implementation of actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.

Full summary
Resident of St. Petersburg. On 7 July 2025 he was detained in a case of calls to terrorism because of comments in the telegram channels of RDK members, which he published from December 2023 to April 2025. The investigation claims that his comments included calls to terrorism, its justification and propaganda, calls to extremism, to organise and participate in mass riots, to separatism and activities against the security of the state, as well as "fakes" about the Russian army. On 9 July, the man was sent to a pre-trial detention centre.
