Case summary
Blogger. In 2021 he was prosecuted for rehabilitation of Nazism and in January 2022 for public justification of terrorism. Residing outside Russia, he was put on an international wanted list and arrested in absentia. In the summer of 2022, he became a spokesman for the Chechen volunteer battalion named after Sheikh Mansur, fighting on the side of Ukraine. After that it became known that a case was also opened against Belokiev for participation in an armed conflict on the territory of a foreign state for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation.
