According to the investigation, on 7 March, Belokiev disseminated deliberately false information about the actions of the Russian armed forces under the guise of reliable information. The criminal case against Belokiev was initiated because of a video in which he spoke about an Ingush soldier who had been captured in Ukraine.

Full summary
Blogger. In 2021 he was prosecuted for rehabilitation of Nazism and in January 2022 for public justification of terrorism. Residing outside Russia, he was put on an international wanted list and arrested in absentia. In the summer of 2022, he became a spokesman for the Chechen volunteer battalion named after Sheikh Mansur, fighting on the side of Ukraine. After that it became known that a case was also opened against Belokiev for participation in an armed conflict on the territory of a foreign state for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation.
