Case summary

A resident of Balakovo (Saratov region), a salesman at Magnit. He was detained on 6 July 2022 in Bryansk region. Belousov was first arrested for ten days under an administrative article on disobedience to a lawful demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences), then taken into custody under a criminal case on preparation for participation in an illegal armed formation. On 17 January 2023, he was sentenced to five years in a strict regime prison colony.
