Case summary
Resident of Krasnoyarsk, artist. Participated in an anti-war action on 6 March 2022. Later he was summoned by the Centre for Counteraction to Extremism because of some post, the details are unknown. Ulukshonov was detained in the spring of 2022 by Belarusian border guards, accused of trying to cross the border with Ukraine. He was taken into custody and a case was opened against him for participation in an illegal armed formation - the "Kastus Kalinovsky" battalion or the "Freedom of Russia" legion. The investigation describes Ulukshonov as sharing Nazi views. On 13 December 2022, he was sentenced to four years and eight months in a strict regime colony.
