According to the investigation, "in June 2023, she decided to provide financial assistance to a foreign state in activities against the security of the Russian Federation. In a social network banned in the territory of the Russian Federation, she found the card number and current account of a Ukrainian bank, intended to collect funds for the needs of the AFU. It was established that in January 2024, through the mobile application of the Ukrainian bank installed in her mobile phone, she transferred to the said account funds intended for the fighters of the reconnaissance battalion of the military AFU unit to carry out activities against the security of the Russian Federation".

In May 2025, she was detained and taken into custody on charges of high treason over the transfer of 450 hryvnias to a Ukrainian fund that collected money for the needs of the AFU. Presumably, on 5 December 2025, Belousova was sentenced to 12 and a half years in a general regime colony.
