According to the investigation, during a meeting of the Semiluksky District Council on 22 March, she "disseminated, under the guise of reliable reports, knowingly false information regarding the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine." She also allegedly uttered "insults against Russian servicemen" and condemned their actions. Furthermore, she granted an interview to Ukrainian blogger Rostyslav Kalatsinskyi, in which she "publicly issued calls for a violent change of power" in Russia.

Full summary
A former deputy of the Council of People's Deputies for the Semiluksky District in the Voronezh Region. She is currently outside of Russia and has been placed on a wanted list. Initially, a criminal case was initiated against Belyaeva for spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces; later, it was revealed that she was also suspected of public justification of terrorism. The Investigative Committee subsequently reported that the deputy had been remanded in custody in absentia, facing two charges under the latter article. In July, Belyaeva announced her resignation from the council.
