According to the investigation, in early November 2018, he posted three text comments containing a positive assessment of actions of a terrorist nature from his mobile phone on a page he created in one of the social networks. His comments related to the explosion at the regional Federal Security Service department in Arkhangelsk in 2018.

Full summary
A resident of the Krasnodar region. A case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him because of his statements about the explosion in the building of the FSB in the Arkhangelsk region. The case came to court on 4 September 2020, and only on 7 July 2021 he was sentenced to 4 years in a penal colony, on 24 July the sentence came into force. Presumably, Belyakov went free in 2025.
