Case summary
A resident of the Krasnodar region. A case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him because of his statements about the explosion in the building of the FSB in the Arkhangelsk region. The case came to court on 4 September 2020, and only on 7 July 2021 he was sentenced to 4 years in a penal colony, on 24 July the sentence came into force. Presumably, Belyakov went free in 2025.
