Case summary
A resident of Maykop. In March 2021, it became known that a case was opened against him for participation in the activities of an extremist community. In the same month, he was sentenced in a drug possession case (we do not consider this case to be political). On 24 September 2021, Benda was sentenced to a two and a half year suspended sentence in the case of participation in the activities of an extremist community.
