Обвинен также в возбуждении ненависти и хранении наркотиков. 27 февраля 2024 года, после того как суд после прений возобновил слушания, обвинение в хранении наркотиков было снято в связи с истечением срока давности. 5 апреля 2024 года Абрамова приговорили к шести годам колонии строгого режима.
