Case summary

A resident of Moscow, for many years he had been conducting foul language broadcasts on amateur radio frequencies. A case of incitement to hatred and offence to the feelings of Muslims was brought against him, the details are unknown. On 10 February 2025, the case went to court.

On 18 August, the court sentenced him to three years in a general regime colony on charges of incitement to hatred. Under the article on insulting the feelings of believers Bushuev was fined 150 thousand rubles, but was released from this punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations on this episode.
