According to the prosecution, on 3 March 2025, Bezrukikh in "VKontakte" in a group called "Live HowYouWant in Primorsk?" disseminated knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, by writing a comment in the form of an assertion, under the guise of reliable reports, the following content: "...The death toll from the strike on Odessa on 2 March has risen to nine people. Russian troops attacked a residential building in Odessa with a drone on the night of 2 March, with the explosion destroying an entire entranceway. Among the dead there is a three-month-old child and his mother...", which is false information that does not correspond to the official information of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation on the course and results of the special military operation, containing data on the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, to maintain international peace and security.

Full summary
A resident of Vyborg. A case was opened against him for dissemination of knowingly false information about Russian Armed Forces because of a comment in which he wrote about an attack on a residential building in Odessa and the death of a woman and her three-month-old child as a result.
Supposedly, he was detained in June 2025. As a measure of restraint,a prohibition of certain actions was selected. In August of the same year, the case went to court. On 3 December, Bezrukikh was sentenced to two months of correctional labour.
