According to the investigation, 17 February 2024 from 20h. 58 min. to 20h. 59 min, being near the gas distribution point No. 410, located at ul. Marshala Zakharova, Blinov, with the intention to desecrate this building, feeling political hatred and enmity (hostility), using a pre-prepared can of black colour dye, sprayed a offensive inscription about the President of the Russian Federation on the facade of the gas distribution point, disfiguring the appearance of this building, allowing the possibility of consequences in the form of material damage, thereby desecrating it, as a result of which he caused material damage totaling 15,920 rubles through his actions to OOO PeterburgGaz.
