Case summary
Resident of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. In November and December 2024, criminal cases for calls for terrorism were opened against him because of publications in which he "justified the need" to overthrow Putin and state power. He was placed under a recognisance not to leave. On 12 March 2025, Bogdanov was charged under the administrative article on discrediting the Russian Army because of his Telegram post: "My dear countrymen, I think I understand why all this shit has been happening to us for many years, why we first massively voted for Putin, and now the majority supports the war in Ukraine and considers Ukraine a puppet of the mythical West." On 21 November 2025, Bogdanov was sentenced in a criminal case; the details are unknown.
