According to the investigation, spread information about the continued existence of the USSR/RSFSR; denied the legitimacy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation as well as its public authorities and laws; attempted to obstruct the activities of the Rospotrebnadzor office (Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare) by demanding the "cancellation of regulations adopted as part of the fight against coronavirus," as well as interfere with the work of the Karachay-Cherkessia government by organizing rallies outside the government building.

Resident of Karachay-Cherkessia and supporter of the "Citizens of the USSR" movement; was under criminal investigation for participating in the activities of an extremist community; signed a recognisance not to leave. In 2024, Bondarenko was sentenced to three and a half years of probation. Presumably, in September 2023 he was detained on suspicion of fraud (we have no grounds to consider this prosecution politically motivated).
