Full wording of the charges
The reason for the case was a comment in "VKontakte" dated 25 July 2022 with the words "Stake the faggot!!!! For high treason and participation in genocide, pretending that he fights for the truth, in fact one gang of the Russian Federation, which came to power by coup d'état!!!!!. RF terrorist organisation creating genocide in the USSR, Russia!!!! A military tribunal awaits all!!! Ours, in Nuremberg, The Hague!!!". The investigation saw in this statement a call for an attempt on the life of Gennady Zyuganov "in order to stop his state and political activity". The occasion for Borisevich's comment was a speech by the CPRF leader, during which he, referring to Hitler, said: "...who built concentration camps and burned everyone in the ovens - Russians, Jews, Gypsies, Poles and all the rest of the scum".

Full summary
A resident of Syktyvkar. He was prosecuted for publicly justifying terrorism because of an emotional comment on a statement made by CPRF leader Gennady Zyuganov in 2020. The politician added then, speaking at the Kremlin wall and listing how "we got the praised Europe's back three times", including from Hitler: "...who built concentration camps and burned everyone in the ovens - Russians, Jews, Gypsies, Poles and all the rest of the scum." On 28 October 2024, Borisevich was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 rubles.
