Case summary
A resident of Syktyvkar. He was prosecuted for publicly justifying terrorism because of an emotional comment on a statement made by CPRF leader Gennady Zyuganov in 2020. The politician added then, speaking at the Kremlin wall and listing how "we got the praised Europe's back three times", including from Hitler: "...who built concentration camps and burned everyone in the ovens - Russians, Jews, Gypsies, Poles and all the rest of the scum." On 28 October 2024, Borisevich was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 rubles.
