Case summary

Dmitriy Boinov was one of the active participants of public gatherings in defence of Dubki Park. During one of the detentions, his leg was broken. At the same time, a case of hooliganism was initiated against him due to the fact that, according to the investigation, he used violence against an employee of a security service. On 30 May 2017, Boinov was sentenced to three years and three months suspended sentence.
