Case summary

A Ukrainian serviceman, a resident of Zaporizhzhya region of Ukraine. He was captured in May 2022 (according to other sources, no later than March 2022). A case was opened against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov Battalion. In December 2025, the case went to court. On 27 January 2026, Bozhko was sentenced to 19 years in a strict regime colony.
