Case summary
Anarchist. He was detained in October 2022, questioned if he had set fire to a military recruiting office, but released after interrogation. Two months later, he found out that a criminal case had been opened against him because of the our posts on VKontakte. During the investigation and trial, Budkov was banned from certain actions. On May 23, 2023, the court sentenced him to a fine of 400,000 rubles.
