According to the investigation, from February to December 2024, he participated in the activities of an "undesirable" organization and also "distributed extremist materials on the territory of the Russian Federation." In February 2024, Buslov was fined under an administrative article for participating in an "undesirable" organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for the fine was his participation in a Falun Gong event at the Danilovsky Educational Center.

A resident of Ramenskoye (Moscow region). On December 4, 2024, law enforcement officers searched his home and workplace, after which he was detained. The next day, Buslov was taken into custody on charges of participating in the activities of an "undesirable" organization. This refers to his adherence to the Falun Gong system of spiritual practices. On September 30, 2025, Buslov was sentenced to two years in a penal colony. He was presumably released in December 2025.
