Case summary
A resident of Prokopyevsk (Kemerovo Oblast). On 10 March 2022, he was fined five thousand roubles based on an administrative case for participating in the activities of an undesirable organisation due to the New Generation Church conference in Ramenskoye near Moscow. A criminal case was initiated against Mikhalev based on similar charges. Apparently, on 8 February 2024, he was sentenced to a year of compulsory labour at a state-run work site.
