According to "OMSKREGION", the businessman travelled around Russia in search of new followers of "AllatRa" and arranged creative concerts in which the children of his cohabitant participated. In this way, he allegedly attracted about a hundred people to the movement and persuaded them to donate money. In addition, he sold a certain sports facility in Omsk and transferred about one million roubles to "AllatRa". Earlier, because of his involvement in "AllatRa" he was fined 5 thousand rubles under the administrative article on participation in the activities of an "undesirable organisation" (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences).

Full summary
A businessman from Omsk. In February 2024, it became known that he had been detained as part of a case concerning his participation in the activities of the "AllatRa" religious movement, which was recognised as an "undesirable" organisation. The businessman was allegedly placed under house arrest, but the court of appeal cancelled the relevant decision. Later it became known that Miroshnikov was also accused of financing an "undesirable" organisation. On 18 July 2025, he was sentenced to two years of community work.
