Case summary

A businessman from Omsk. In February 2024, it became known that he had been detained as part of a case concerning his participation in the activities of the "AllatRa" religious movement, which was recognised as an "undesirable" organisation. The businessman was allegedly placed under house arrest, but the court of appeal cancelled the relevant decision. Later it became known that Miroshnikov was also accused of financing an "undesirable" organisation. On 18 July 2025, he was sentenced to two years of community work.
