Resident of Vladivostok, father of two minor children.

In March 2023, Jehovah's Witnesses in Vladivostok were subjected to mass searches and Byche was detained. On 7 March he was sent to a pre-trial detention centre. On 22 February 2024, the measure of restriction was changed to a ban on certain actions.
