Full wording of the charges
The article on the justification of terrorism is imputed because of a comment on YouTube about the explosion on the Crimean bridge in 2022: "The Crimean bridge has fulfilled its tasks and moved to more favourable borders." The investigation found calls to extremism in the comment: "Undermine the system from within," left under the video about the Legion of Freedom of Russia. The comment was a response to the question: "How do you want to fight against 4 fleets? Against an army of 3 million men. Only if NATO intervenes will you win." Danilov is accused of calling for the implementation of anti-state activities because of the comment "Join the Legion" as an answer to a question about what a person living outside Russia can do.

Full summary
Resident of the Sverdlovsk region. On 21 October 2022, Danilov was searched, and on 6 February 2023, a case was opened against him on calls for activities against the security of the state, calls for extremism and public justification of terrorism. The reason was statements approving the undermining of the Crimean bridge and the activities of the Freedom of Russia Legion. As a measure of restraint, he was chosen to sign a covenant not to leave the country. The case was transferred to the court. Danilov absconded. Later, it became known that he was taken into custody.
