Case summary
Lawyer, entrepreneur, mother of four children. In recent years, she has been going on solitary pickets in the district centre of Parfino settlement. She was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism. The occasion was the series of comments in VKontakte from August 2021 to March 2022, two of them devoted to the war and sending Russian soldiers to Ukraine. On 18 October 2022, the court sentenced Nelson to a fine of 300,000 rubles. About six months later, when Nelson's son turned 14 and the family tried to get a bank card for him, it turned out that his data had been blocked under the terrorism financing law.
