Case summary
Retired. On 13 February 2023 in Dormidontovka (Khabarovsk Krai) her home was searched. According to Dolinina, FSB officers also visited her son's flatmate and seized letters of support that the believer had sent to the woman, sharing biblical principles with her. A case of participation and involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation was brought against Dolinina. Her son's cohabitant argued in court that her testimony during the investigation was fabricated: according to her, Dolinina did not try to involve her in the activities of an extremist organisation. Despite the fact that the expert examination did not come to such a conclusion, the pensioner was sentenced to a four and a half year suspended sentence.
