Case summary
Resident of Kherson region (Ukraine). On 22 June 2022, it became known that he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of participation in an illegal armed formation due to his involvement in the activities of the Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan, whose involvement in any military actions has not been proven. On 28 September 2022, Dovhopoloh was sentenced to five years in a strict regime colony.
