According to expert findings by the Federal Budgetary Institution of Forensic Expertise of the Russian Ministry of Justice (report No. 3665/5-1 of 24 December 2018), material posted at 2:11 a.m. on 31 October 2018 on a Twitter account under the username “Kid on the drive (fucked speedlimit)” contained linguistic indicators justifying the actions of a young man who carried out a suicide bombing at the FSB building in Arkhangelsk.

Full summary
On 14 February 2019, criminal proceedings were brought against Dovydenkov on charges of publicly justifying terrorism. The case stemmed from a statement he made about Mikhail Zhlobitsky, who had carried out a suicide bombing at an FSB building in the Arkhangelsk Region.
On 28 March, Dovydenkov was summoned for questioning and placed under house arrest the following day. He was subsequently sentenced to one year in a general-regime penal colony and was released in 2020.
