According to the investigation, he posted on the Internet textual messages in the form of comments containing indications of calls to actions aimed at intimidating the population and creating a danger of loss of life for the purpose of destabilising the activities of state authorities, to the overthrow of the government in the Russian Federation, and to changing the constitutional order of the Russian Federation. According to Drugov’s testimony, by posting these comments on the Internet, he expressed his dissatisfaction with the policies of state authorities, the head of state, and the conduct of the special military operation. The actions of publishing materials of a terrorist nature on the Internet in open access were carried out from April 2021 to October 2022.
