Case summary
Resident of Tomsk. In December 2022, he was detained in connection with defacing of banners supporting the war, during interrogation he was beaten and forced to tell about Stanislav Shmakov, who defaced banners with his help. In January 2023, Dudarkov was placed under house arrest as part of a vandalism case for defacing banners supporting the war. In April 2024, Dudarkov died.
