Case summary
A resident of Genicheskiy district, Kherson region of Ukraine. On 3 May 2023, he was detained, and on 25 May he was taken into custody on charges of participation in an illegal armed formation. According to the investigation, he participated in the activities of the Noman Chelebidzhikhan Battalion. Human rights activists believe that by the time Dursunov joined the battalion, according to the investigation, this formation was no longer functioning. On 16 November 2023, he was sentenced to three and a half years in a strict regime penal colony.
