Case summary
Resident of Murmansk region. Detained on 21 July 2021 after a search, interrogated in the framework of the case of organising activities of an extremist organisation. On 22 July he signed a non-departure undertaking. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters. On 15 May 2023 Eliseev was sentenced to a fine of 450 thousand rubles.
