Case summary
He was detained in October 2018 in Moscow with 3 bundles containing amphetamine, hashish, marijuana with a total weight of about 50 grams. A case was opened against him for attempted sale of narcotic drugs on a large scale, and he was placed in custody.
On 21 December 2018, a case of calls to terrorism was opened against Eliseev because of the song "Vyacha - Kill the President". On 9 January 2019, the court dismissed the case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
Under the article on drug possession in March 2019, he was sentenced to three years. In October 2020, the rest of the term was changed to correctional labour.
