Case summary
A resident of the Sarapulsky district of Udmurtia. A case was opened against him for calling for activities against the security of the state. According to the version of law enforcers, in August 2023, under a post in Telegram about a nuclear strike on Ukraine, Fakhriev left a comment calling for the destruction of bunkers in Russia. The court noted that the man was against the war in Ukraine. On 11 September 2025, the court sentenced him to a three-year suspended sentence.
