Full wording of the charges
The reason for the prosecution under the article on calls to terrorism were several comments left on Telegram expressing support of Denis Popov, who is being prosecuted in the case of arson of the military recruitment centre in Uglich. The article on calls to extremism was imputed because of two comments on Telegram calling for violence against Russians. Finally, the investigation found calls for anti-state activity in two more comments on Telegram, one of which called for sabotage.

A case was initiated against him for discrediting the Armed Forces, public justification of terrorism, calls for extremism and activities against the security of the Russian Federation. Vladimirov was released under recognisance not to leave the country. Later the descreditation charge was dropped. On March 13, 2025, Vladimirov was taken into custody because he went to a football match in Krasnodar together with his children.
