Case summary
Detained in 2015 as part of a criminal case on the activities of an extremist organisation. Accused of organising a cell. On 30 June 2017, he was sentenced to four years and seven months in a general regime colony.
While in the colony, a new case was brought against Faskhiev about preaching to other prisoners. On 12 April 2022, he was sentenced in the new case, taking into account the sentence in the old case, to five years and twenty days in a strict regime colony.
