Case summary
Resident of Dagestan, dentist. In 2016, he moved to Ukraine and then to the Netherlands. A case was brought against him for disseminating deliberately false information about the Armed Forces because of almost 30 posts about the war in Ukraine. In them, he wished death to Putin, called the Russian military occupiers and wrote about civilian casualties.
His Gadzhiev was arrested. In September 2025, he was included in the list of extremists and terrorists of Rosfinmonitoring with the marking that is put with the names of those prosecuted under terrorist articles.
On 7 October 2025, he was sentenced in absentia to six years in a general regime colony.
