Case summary
Political scientist. On 10 February 2023, he was recognised as a "foreign agent". In March 2023, it became known that a case was opened against Galliamov for disseminating deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. Galliamov is outside Russia, he was declared wanted and arrested in absentia. On 29 July 2024, he was sentenced to eight years' imprisonment in absentia with a ban on administering internet pages for four years.
